10.6 No Professional Relationship: Nothing creates an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship.
11.1 Exclusion of Damages: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETFRANEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11.2 Cap on Liability: TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) INR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Indian Rupees).
11.4 Business Transactions: Netfranex is not liable for disputes between users or failed business transactions.
12.1 Obligations: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netfranex from claims, damages, or fees arising from your use, User Content, or violation of these Terms.
